Diploma in Business Administration (Supply Chain Management) Awarded by PSB Academy As consumers and customers we often do not realise the chain of steps involved in making sure the goods we purchase reach us on time. There is a system or mechanism of some kind at work, making sure that the process from raw materials to finished product is a seamless one. It is known as supply chain. The Diploma in Business Administration (Supply Chain Management) aims to equip students with an appreciation and the ability to apply the concepts, theory and practices of the supply chain management in modern-day business enterprises, and how the various sub-functions and entities come together to achieve corporate objectives. At the end of this programme, students will be able to:
Progression Pathway Upon successful completion of this programme, graduates can advance on to a business-related PSB Advanced Diploma or gain entry into various prestigious universities (subject to universities' entry requirements), such as:
Course Structure This programme consists of 10 modules, amounting to a total of 300 contact hours for the part-time pathway. Course Outline
The delivery of modules may not follow the sequence as shown and is subject to change. Duration The programme is delivered over 10 months for the part-time pathway. Assessment and Examination At the commencement of each module, students will be provided the assessment mode and weightings for the module. ^Skills Development Fund (SDF): The Skills Development Fund is a subsidy from the Workforce Development Agency (WDA). This is an employer based subsidy and applications for the training grant must be submitted through NTUC, CDAC, Mendaki, or your company.
To be eligible, you must be: 1. Gainfully employed AND 2. A Singaporean or PR
Grant amounts range from 50% to 95% depending on eligibility.
Graduates of PSB Academy can enjoy fee rebates for subsequent courses.
