Strategic HR Forum 2010 is a pan-industry knowledge platform where senior HR practitioners and business leaders from various industries convene to discuss current HR issues and challenges in relation to the theme on “Aligning HR Strategies with the Changing Singapore Economy.” 

Back by popular demand, this is the 2nd edition of our Strategic HR Forum organised by Career Services @ PSB Academy. This forum will spotlight on recent HR trends, issues and challenges emerging from the economic recovery:

• Best practices for developing a winning employee value proposition
• Taking a supply chain management approach towards talent recruitment
• Driving organisation development that CEOs value
• Putting in place the right HR practices to make companies re-employment ready
• Managing the internal and external attrition rates during an upturn

We will be giving 80 complimentary delegate passes to senior HR professionals with the above job designations.
