Step 1: Admission Requirements

Ensure that you have met the admission requirements for the programme that you are interested in.

Step 2: Fill up all the forms

• Pre-Course Counselling Form (Important)

PSB Student Application form

• Application form for International Student

University application forms respectively

• The University of Newcastle Application Form
• University of Wollongong Application Form

One Original set of ICA for 16 and New V36 ( Complete in English and duly signed by applicant)

• ICA Form 16
• ICA Form V36

Step 3: Provide the following supporting documents

• 4 passport-size photographs with white background
• 1 photocopy of applicant’s original passport ( Please photocopy the page showing applicant’s personal particulars and the expiry date of the passport)
• 1 photocopy of original birth certificate
• Notarised copies of your highest educational certificates and transcripts
• Proof of English Proficiency; either IELTS/TOEFL scoresheet or a letter from institution certifying the medium of instruction and examinations was conducted in English 
• Letter of employers certifying period of employment (If applicant has left school for work after completion of last qualification)
•  A bank draft of S$ 388 for application fee (non-transferable and non-refundable) payable to “PSB Academy Pte Ltd”
• Documentary proof of financial ability and parent’s monthly income statement (for Visa-required countries) (i.e. PRC; India; Myanmar and etc)

* Bank statement / Fixed Deposit accounts/ Saving accounts indicating deposit of USD $18,000 equivalent or more

Note: All documents may either be original documents or certified true copies of the original documents. If documents are not in English, official translations must be included.

Step 4: Send us your application

You are required to mail all application forms and required documents along with the application fee to PSB Academy at the following address:

Note: Please make sure that your application forms and documents reach us at least 2 months before course commencement

Step 5: Acceptance by the School

Upon receipt of your completed application, you will be notified of the outcome of your application within 10 working days. Successful applicants will receive the following documents via email :

• A conditional/unconditional letter of offer 
• An Acceptance Form
• Student  Contract
• Instructions on Course Acceptance (International students)

Step 6: Approval of Student's Pass by ICA

If you decide to accep the offer, you will need to sign the Acceptance Form and the Student Contract and return both documents to PSB Academy via fax/email/post. Alternatively, you may also submit the documents to PSB's recruitment partner in your home country. 

Step 7 : Student Pass application

Upon receipt of your signed Acceptance Form and Student Contract, PSB Academy will then proceed to submit your Student's Pass application via SOLAR+ to Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). You will know of the outcome withint 3-4 weeks' time.

Step 8 : Payment of Course Fees

Once your Student Pass application is approved-in-principle by ICA, you will be required to make payment for the 1st installment. You may refer to the 'Instruction on Course Acceptance (International Students)' for more information on fee payment and arrival in Singapore. Do contact our International Student Admissions office if you require student services such as airport pick up, accommodation, medical check-up and more.
