How To Apply
1. How to Register
- Print and fax the completed Application Form to 6517 2677 or fill in the Online Application Form
- Payment of the course fee must reach us at least 3 working days before course commencement.
- A Confirmation Letter will be sent via email to the company/applicant at least 5 working days before course commencement.
2. Payment
- All mailed payment must be made by money/cashier’s order or crossed cheque, payable to ‘TUV SUD PSB Learning Pte Ltd’.
- NETS & Credit Card facilities are available. For company-sponsored applicant, payment must be made by company cheque.
- Please write Name of Participant, NRIC, Course Title and Course Date on the reverse side of the cheque.
3. SDF Funding – For Company (Criteria & Conditions)
- Eligibility - trainees must be company-sponsored direct employees who are either Singaporeans/PR. Companies must be registered in Singapore.
- For “Approved-In-Principle” Training Courses
- The company must be registered on the SkillsConnect System http://www.skillsconnect.gov.sg before they can make use of the enrolment module.
- The company must register their employees in SkillsConnect at least 1 working day before course commencement.
If the participant fails to meet at least 75% attendance and/or fails to sit for the examination or for any other reason where SDF funding is not approved, the company is required to reimburse TUV SUD PSB Learning for the SDF supported portion of the course fees
4. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
If notice of withdrawal is given in writing –
- 10 working days or more before the course starts – 100% refund
- Less than 10 working days but more than 3 working days before the course starts – 70%
- 3 working days or less before the course starts – No refund
- If participant fail to show up for the course – No refund
(TUV SUD PSB Learning reserves the right to change the dates, time, venue, trainer, content, fee and SDF status due to circumstances beyond our control)
