Effective Living consists of a series of programmes for students who wanting to improve themselves and achieve full potential. Students undergo sessions customised to individual needs and areas of improvement. There are two programmes to choose from:
 

1. Discovering Me and My Potential
Sign up for a journey of self discovery! Students who sign up for this programme will learn about your personality profile, strengths and weaknesses. This programme will lead you to greater personal awareness that will help you make more effective choices in your life.

2. Successful Student Life
There are many demands and commitments to being a
student. This programme will teach you how to balance
your life commitments effectively and get the best out of
your student life!
