1. Completed application forms should be submitted to PSB Academy accompanied by:

• A non-refundable application fee to be made payable to 'PSB ACADEMY' by cheque or money order
• Certified true copies of transcripts and certificates
• For Masters and Doctoral programme application, please attach reference letters as per University's requirement.
• For Diploma and Certificate programs application, please download "Application for Enrolment Form" here.

  Payment must be made by company cheque. Please write name of applicant, NRIC No., Course Title and Course Date on the reverse side of the cheque.
