Corporate Learning Programmes
We believe that all learning must lead to a positive change in performance. This philosophy is the core around which all our programmes are designed. In designing and developing our programmes, this objective is paramount; that new knowledge and skills attained from attending our training must have the capacity to impact performance at the workplace and beyond.
To create the right environment for this to happen, we incorporate key adult learning principles. Our trainers are expert users of experiential and reflective learning methods which can help the adult learner draw from his own wealth of knowledge and experience, and make new knowledge and skills relevant and practical in the learner's world.
We recognise that our participants are unique adult individuals who respond to different learning styles, and we use a variety of training tools to engage them. We rigorously ensure there is fit and alignment between training content and the type of training tool used such as lectures, role-play, simulations, tests and many other cutting-edge formats.
As part of our comprehensive suite of services, we conduct learning needs analysis and post-training evaluation for clients interested in our in-house training programmes. This is to help clients align business needs and the targeted upgrading of talent in specific and much needed areas to optimize their training investments.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure that learning objectives and outcomes are met through the facilitation of knowledge and skills by our specialised trainers and consultants.
