At PSB Academy, we believe the views and insights of our employees are vital to the efficient operation of our business.
We have a variety of communication channels through which you can contribute feedback: anonymous surveys, feedback online, staff suggestion schemes and face-to-face dialogue with our senior management.
- The People Survey
The views of our people are important. In order for us to understand those views and act upon them to improve processes, we regularly conduct surveys to garner employee feedback on different aspects of the company. This feedback is collated and followed up closely by the management committee.
- Staff Conferences
These are important opportunities for the company to announce important news, events and updates, whilst giving our staff space the opportunity to network.
- Staff Communication Sessions / Meetings
We believe in keeping channels of communication open between management and staff. These sessions encourage open dialogue with management and colleagues within a department. Our senior management also regularly engages in "meet-the-people" sessions with the staff.
- “TELL CEO” Staff Suggestion Scheme
Some of our best suggestions come from employees who are directly involved in the work processes. We highly encourage our employees to be involved and play a part of in championing process and organisational improvements.
- Union Relations
We are committed to maintaining a good working relationship with the Union. The management meets regularly with the union to discuss key business and HR issues that are likely to impact its members.
