Successful Supervision
This course is available in both English and Mandarin. This course is designed to coach participants in basic supervisory skills and strategies to become effective supervisors.

Learning Methodology
Videos and a self-study component are included in the programme to enhance learning.

Who Should Attend
Supervisors, Team Leaders and Section Leaders in charge of a team, with ‘O’ Level to ‘A’ Level qualifications.

Participants who have successfully completed the Fast Forward Successful Supervision course with at least a “B” grade can proceed to the National Certificate in Supervision (NCS) - Part 2 course. Please note that SDF subsidy is not available for exemption cases for the National Certificate in Supervision.

*Please note that there will be an examination after the course.
