PSB Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
To achieve breakthrough level results from Six Sigma initiatives, more and more companies realise that lean thinking can add on to the strength of Six Sigma DMAIC process. This programme is designed to give participants the fundamental knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma. Participants will learn how to integrate elements of Lean and Six Sigma strategies to achieve the full potential of both strategies. Lean Six Sigma is about creating more value for customers by eliminating activities that consumes resources, adds cost or time without creating value. Lean Six Sigma, when implemented properly, will deliver faster results by establishing lean value stream and focusing the use of statistical tools where they have the most impact.

Key Benefits
• Learn the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma
• Learn the application of Lean Six Sigma to real world processes
• Acquire the knowledge and skills to complete their projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques
• Acquire the ability to lead project teams
• Acquire the ability to coach Green Belt projects
• Be recognised as Lean Six Sigma professionals if you are certified as a PSB Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
