Becoming a Skilled Trainer-Manager
This programme is targeted at managers, supervisors and personnel involved in staff development. It aims to equip them with the skills to conduct training at all levels as well as to evaluate what kind of training to administer for different types of staff. They will also be able to evaluate whether the training programmes conducted have been effective, and conduct career counselling.
