The Singapore Quality Award (SQA) Assessor
This intensive workshop enables participants to have an in-depth understanding of the Singapore Quality Award (SQA) criteria through the use of a realistic case study. This will equip them with the skills to organise and implement self-assessment using the SQA criteria. Participants will learn to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement as well as to understand the linkages in the SQA framework that can help the organisation journey towards world-class levels. Participants will also learn about world-class business excellence practices.
