WIN Programme
The key word to success in today's keen and competitive business environment is "TEAMWORK". The WIN Programme stresses teambuilding and improves the synergy generated from team effort. It aims to inculcate in employees the correct work attitude and the importance of teamwork in achieving better business performance.

Experiential learning has been proven by research to be the most effective way to train adults. For this reason, the WIN Programme has adopted a real-time learning approach where a major portion of the programme is conducted outdoors. It focuses mainly on action learning, where the learning points of its activities relate closely to the work environment.

These two days of teambuilding activities will leave a lasting impression on the trainees, and the close bonds they have built up during the programme will be carried through to the workplace.
