Communications and Relationship Management (Supervisory Level)
Supervising and leading a team is no easy task. One way of ensuring that you can supervise and lead effectively and successfully is to possess superb communication skills. Hone your communication techniques and learn how to apply appropriate communication styles to different levels of staff in various workplace situations. This course focuses on developing competencies that workers need in order to maintain successful interactions with colleagues, subordinates, supervisors, partners and customers/clients.
