The Problem-Solving and Decision-Making module is specifically designed to provide the foundation for effective practices and behaviours for creative problem-solving and effective decision making. This course aims to equip individuals who are working within a team the techniques and skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

- Using trouble shooting and fault-finding method to pinpoint area(s) of deficiency or cause of failure in the solution
- Formulating preventive measures to avoid recurrence of problem
Learning Methodology
This module will be conducted through mini lectures, interactive activities, games, group discussions, case studies and self assessments/tests.
