Problem-Solving and Decision-Making (Supervisory Level)
Besides equipping supervisors with the basic problem-solving and decision-making skills, this course also aims to develop their abilities to lead a team in resolving issues in the workplace whilst encouraging them to adopt a more reactive mindset when generating ideas and solutions. This course also incorporates essential competencies (knowledge, skills and attitude) involved in making appropriate decisions and taking responsibility for the decisions made.

- Identifying common symptoms in workplace that could lead to potential problems

- Identifying deviations from norm and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Learning Methodology
This module will be conducted through a series of mini lectures, hands-on practice sessions, group discussions and integrated case study.
