Initiative and Enterprise (Supervisory Level)

This course aims to develop participants with the skills in leading the team to initiate actions for continuous improvements in the department/organisation and creating a proactive mindset through the identification, evaluation and management of risks in the workplace.

Learning Methodology
This module is participative, activity-oriented and totally learner-centred. Knowledge and skills are transferred through experiential learning via structured experiences, individual and group activities, role plays, case studies and lectures, practice, coaching and self assessments/tests.

This programme is targeted at supervisors, individuals in small businesses and the self-employed who have to increase productivity within the work unit through increased efficiency and effectiveness in materials and human resources.
