Learning and Personal Development (Operations Level)
Learning is a journey without a destination. In today’s labour market, it is necessary for one to continually improve and upgrade oneself in order to remain relevant and employable. This course aims to help people in the organisation develop and undertake personal responsibility for lifelong learning. This course incorporates two skills: Lifelong Learning and Global Mindset, which are essential in developing the workers’ mindset to meet regional and global challenges.

Learning Methodology
This module will be conducted through a series of mini lectures, role-plays, group discussions and presentation. It involves extensive trainee participation in order to ensure maximum understanding.

This programme is targeted at front-line workers, staff in supervising roles or individuals in professional/talent positions without supervisory responsibilities and the self-employed who are responsible for their personal and professional growth.
