Learning and Personal Development (Supervisory Level)This course aims to guide the staff and supervisors through their quest for knowledge by equipping them with the tools and techniques for life-long learning. It aims to help them create a learning environment in the organisation by understanding themselves and their team members better. Through this course, supervisors will learn to adopt a holistic approach to improve personal and team performance and equip themselves with the skills to meet regional and global challenges.

Learning Methodology
This module will be conducted through a series of lectures, role-plays, group discussions and presentation. It involves extensive trainee participation in order to ensure maximum understanding.
