Measuring the Effectiveness of Training and Development
More and more successful organisations are increasingly intent on measuring the impact of training on their organisations, to reaffirm the performance outcomes expected and to make changes to training plans where necessary. This programme has been designed to aid all Human Resource practitioners in measuring the effectiveness of training. Having an evaluation of training effectiveness in place is also one of the dimensions of the People Developer Standard.
