On-the-Job Training Instructor Course
The OJT Instructor Course enables supervisors, section leaders and skilled staff to carry out task analysis and coaching in their work units.

Learning Methodology

The transfer of learning will be enhanced through OJT video segments, sample blueprints and the OJT Instruments and Instructor Guide as well as course assignments. Post-course tele-consulting will also be available for participants who want to conduct OJT and wish to assess trainee learning.
