Essential Communication Skills for Leaders and Managers
An interactive skills programme designed to help you manage employees effectively and communicate with others in the organisation in a professional manner. It presents the basic skills of face-to-face communication with small work groups and stresses the need for easy, effective and on-going exchanges in the workplace. It also provides practice in oral communication and listening skills.

Learning Methodology
