Business Excellence Assessment Course
Initiated by SPRING Singapore, the Business Excellence (BE) framework helps organisations develop and enhance their management capabilities, so as to achieve high performance and become more competitive. The niche standards within this framework focus on management capabilities for people, innovation and service. These key enablers for business excellence include the People Developer and the People Excellence Award, which are key milestones of the niche standard for people, the Singapore Innovation Class and Singapore Innovation Award for innovation, and the Singapore Service Class for service. This course will touch on the various Business Excellence Niche Standards and guides participants in how to conduct self-assessment based on these standards.
