PSB Certified Six Sigma Manager
Six Sigma Managers (also called Six Sigma Deployment Champions) are the driving force behind the Six Sigma implementation initiative. This programme will lay the foundation by providing the necessary information on the whole Six Sigma Journey. Participants will learn what is involved in a successful Six Sigma implementation. These participants will in turn be the key champions and driving forces of the implementation of Six Sigma for their organisations. They will be able to clearly map out the roadmap for their journey. This course is an absolute pre-requisite for any organisation wanting to undertake Six Sigma.

Managers who wish to learn and apply Six Sigma should attend this workshop. The Six Sigma Manager is the key Six Sigma Champion who will manage the deployment of Six Sigma in their organisations.

• Must attend the full Six Sigma Manager training course from reputable Six Sigma providers
• Must pass the theory exam conducted by PSB Academy
