PSB Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
Black Belts are basically the on-site Six Sigma implementation experts who will develop, coach and lead cross-functional teams, mentor and advise management on prioritising, planning and launching Six Sigma projects. In short, they are the ones who will be directly responsible for the execution of projects in a Six Sigma organisation. Black Belts, being the key change agent to Six Sigma, will thus need to be highly-skilled to be able to perform the tasks. This programme is designed to give participants a learning experience through four “learn/apply” cycles using real-life business issues and problems. Participants must demonstrate their proficiency level in the usage of Six Sigma tools and techniques to achieve actual dollar savings and customer benefits through actual project work to qualify for the certification.

Key Benefits
• Learn DMAIC tools to achieve breakthrough performance
• Acquire the ability to lead project teams
• Acquire the ability to coach Six Sigma Green Belt projects
• Be recognised as Six Sigma professionals if you are certified as a PSB Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

Learning Methodology
Training is conducted hands-on (in computer laboratory using Minitab) to enable participants to fully absorb and apply the techniques. Black Belt will bring real projects to the class and apply the techniques to their projects. Participants are encouraged to consult our Six Sigma expert on their project work. Project coaching sessions are conducted in and outside classroom.
