This course provides participants with an overview of the ISO 9001 QMS Standards and gives guidance on how to implement the requirements in the Quality Management System (QMS).

Participants will receive a complimentary copy of the ISO 9001:2000 Standard which will be used to aid in the learning process.

Participants who have successfully completed the above programme may enrol for the Internal QMS Auditor and QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor training programmes.
