Financial Aids & Training Grants
Individuals - Payment Options / Financial Aid
Education is an investment and to help you with this important investment, we are happy to bring you the following options for financial aids and training grants.

Financial Assistance Information
Under this scheme, 50% of the programme fee will be supported by the training grant.
In addition to the two requirements for eligibility set by the WDA, you will also need to be a NTUC Union member. You may apply here: http://www.ntuc.org.sg/wps/portal/up2/home.
Applications for the training grant can only be done online via http://skillsupgrade.ntuc.org.sg, and need to be submitted at least 7 days but not more than 60 days before the programme commencement date.

Please submit your course application with PSB Academy concurrently as you submit NTUC UTAP-WTS application.
NTUC-SEP does not support : Certificate in Business Management, Diploma in Business Administration (Banking and Finance), Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management and Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science.
Option 2: CDAC (Applicable for Chinese Singaporeans/PRs)
CDAC has 2 schemes: CDAC-STA & CDAC-SEP.
CDAC STA Scheme: CDAC will sponsor up to 95% of the programme fees for the Diploma in Business Administration and Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) programmes.
For this scheme, your personal monthly gross income cannot exceed S$1,700 monthly, or gross household income cannot exceed S$3,000; or per capita income cannot exceed S$800.
CDAC-SEP: CDAC will help to apply for the 50% training grant.

Option 3: Yayasan Mendaki (Applicable for Malay Singaporeans/PRs)
Under this scheme, Mendaki will apply for the 50% training grant.
1. PSB Academy Letter of Acceptance

For company-sponsored applicants, you need to have your company fill up Section E of the application for enrolment form.
A company representative will have to apply for the training grant on WDA’s SkillsConnect System (http://www.skillsconnect.gov.sg)

Unsupported portion of the training fees must be borne by the company and not by the trainee. Training grant applications must be approved before programme commencement and payment must be made with the company cheque or by GIRO payment from the company’s account.
Under the enhanced scheme for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs), 90% of the programme fee will be supported by SDF.

Classification of companies as SMEs or non-SMEs is done by the WDA. Kindly contact them for clarification should you need to enquire on the status of your company.
