Dr Ang Kiang Long is currently the lecturer in the School of Engineering and Technology. Dr Ang completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical-Aeronautics) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Master of Science (Aerospace Engineering) from Universiti Sains Malaysia, and Doctorate degree (Mechanical Engineering) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
He has a wide range of expertise and research interest. He is an expert in microstrip patch antenna design for high frequencies communication, design and testing a solid propellant for rocket propulsion system and running non-destructive test using X-ray machines. He is also an AutoCAD certified professional. His research interest in PSB academy are mainly in the area of drone aerodynamics and 3D printing technologies.
Beside these, Dr Ang also an active member in various professional bodies and organisations at national and international level, i.e. Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), The Institute of Engineer Malaysia (IEM), Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), ASEAN Engineering Register (AER), Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI).
Aside from his responsibilities in teaching, Dr Ang contributes as a Co-Chair of the Assessment Committee at PSB Academy.
