Rosan has over 20 years of experience in the education sector in the areas of education policies development and programme conceptualisation. She has deep knowledge in academic and social emotional well-being of students and parents engagement, as well as national education policies.
Prior to this position, she was the Director of Education at the Singapore Indian Development Association, a Self Help Group dedicated to the educational upliftment of underperforming Indian students in school, by initiating and implementing a variety of strategies and programmes. Rosan is also currently an Associate with the Singapore Education Consulting Group and is a Consultant with The World Bank.
She completed her Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Education Management from Nanyang Technological University.
