As one of Singapore’s leading private education institutions with almost 60-years heritage of producing more than 200,000 learners, PSB Academy is committed to defining our identity as “Asia’s Future Academy”. Established in 1964, we started under Singapore’s Economic Development Board and later Productivity and Standards Board to upgrade the knowledge and skills of Singapore’s workforce. Though we are a young institution, we were one of Singapore’s first productivity champions – starting out as a small unit in the government’s productivity and standards board. Now, we are an international network of colleges that work with leading universities and quality education partners, to offer our students transnational education opportunities.

We now serve students from over 50 nationalities – many of whom can now choose to study a diploma in their hometown, progress to an undergraduate degree in Singapore, tackle courses offered by internationally-recognised certification providers like Cambridge Assessment International Education, EC-Council, The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Singapore, and have the option of studying in our university partners’ home campuses in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

The results of the recent 2025 Graduate Employment Survey (GES) by PSB Academy shows an impressive 79% employment rate within 6 months of exams.
Our graduates also experienced pay raises and promotions, highlighting their skills’ value. In 2025, of the graduates who were employed, over 2 in 5 were given a pay raise, 1 in 5 were given a promotion and 1 in 10 were converted to a permanent role.

^All statistics are based on PSB Academy Graduate Employment Survey 2025 conducted by Kadence International Pte Ltd on the 2024 graduating cohorts between August to September 2025. A total of 859 graduates participated in this survey as respondents, of which 49% are full-time (FT) graduates and 51% are part-time (PT) graduates. This survey is not the same survey conducted by Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA). As a result, the SWDA Graduate Employment Survey may not be directly comparable due to differences in the sample size scope between the two surveys.

On top of our well-established teaching pedagogies developed in consultation with our leading university partners, we aim to stay relevant by keeping our network of industry partners in close consultation. That is why we have our Industry Advisory Panels, with veteran professionals who are able to help keep our programmes current, so students are trained in skills that are in demand.
