When I decided to pursue my education in Singapore, I wanted to study at a school known for its IT programme. After thorough research, I discovered PSB Academy, and it quickly became my top choice.

PSB Academy stood out to me for several reasons. The IT & Engineering facilities are impressive, and the campus is expansive. Its central location in Singapore, close to the subway, makes commuting convenient regardless of where I live.

One of the highlights of PSB Academy is its curriculum, which emphasises practical learning over traditional textbook-based education. This approach has allowed me to apply what I’ve learned directly to real-world scenarios. During my diploma programme, I delved into subjects like Data Communication and Networking, Programming, and Database Management. I particularly enjoyed working with Python, and the project where we created games using Python significantly enhanced my programming skills. Learning SQL syntax as part of my database course was also beneficial, equipping me with essential skills for my future career.

The professors at PSB Academy are not only knowledgeable but also passionate about teaching. They provide numerous practical assignments and foster open communication with students. Group assignments helped me bond with my classmates, and we all participated earnestly, making the projects both enjoyable and educational.

What I appreciate most about studying in Singapore is the safe and conducive learning environment. It’s an excellent place for everyone, including women, to study comfortably. Additionally, Singapore’s strategic location makes it easy to travel to neighbouring countries during vacations. As a Korean student, I found it fascinating and convenient to cross borders by bus or taxi, particularly when travelling to Malaysia.

My experience at PSB Academy in Singapore has been incredibly positive, providing me with valuable skills, memorable experiences, and the opportunity to explore new cultures.
