Working in customer service has kept me closely connected to daily operations, but the Master of Analytics programme gave me the perspective to step back and see the bigger picture. It has given me the confidence to delve deeper into the numbers, spot trends, and make informed recommendations that improve both performance and customer experience.
The programme’s comprehensive mix of modules — from predictive analytics to data visualisation — paired with practical training in tools such as R, Python, and SAS, helped me apply data directly to real-world logistics scenarios. Whether it’s streamlining operations, reducing delays, or uncovering bottlenecks, I now approach challenges with a more analytical and strategic mindset.
What stood out the most was how the programme connected data skills to real business impact. It wasn’t just about crunching numbers—it was about translating it into a compelling story that support smarter and faster decision-making.
As the logistics industry continues to evolve with new technologies and digital tools, I feel better equipped to contribute in a meaningful way. This journey has not only strengthened my analytical skills but also boosted my confidence to take on more data-driven roles in the future.
