Choosing to pursue my Bachelor of Science with Honours in Accounting and Finance with Coventry University through PSB Academy was an important step towards building my future career.
I first discovered PSB Academy and Coventry University through online research while exploring my study options. After comparing different institutions, I was drawn to Coventry University’s academic reputation and PSB Academy’s supportive learning environment. I also appreciated the opportunity to earn a Coventry University degree while studying in Singapore, alongside developing practical skills that I could apply beyond the classroom.
What I enjoyed most about the programme was its balance between theoretical knowledge and practical learning. The curriculum encouraged me to think critically, solve problems and understand how accounting and finance concepts can be applied to real-world situations, rather than simply memorising information. It also helped me develop important skills such as communication, teamwork, time management and independent learning.
One memorable learning experience was a lesson where my lecturer used real-world case studies to explain the concepts we were studying. It encouraged me to look at problems from different perspectives and think about practical solutions. Experiences like these made my learning more engaging and helped me better understand how the knowledge I gained could be applied in the workplace.
Beyond academic knowledge, studying at PSB Academy also helped me become more confident and adaptable. Learning in a diverse environment and being exposed to different perspectives were valuable parts of my university experience.
Having graduated in 2025, I am currently exploring opportunities to begin my career. I believe the knowledge and skills I gained through my degree have given me a strong foundation as I take this next step. My experience at PSB Academy and Coventry University has prepared me to approach new challenges with confidence and continue learning as I grow professionally.
