I’ve always believed in continuous learning. After completing my Bachelor’s in Mass Communication and later my Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees in Metaphysical Science, I knew I wanted to strengthen my business knowledge. When I came across PSB Academy’s MBA programme on social media, it felt like the right next step. The journey has been a pleasant one, the modules were well-paced, and the lecturers were professional, supportive, and approachable. 

The modules that stood out most to me were Human Resource Management, Marketing, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, and Financial understanding. With business trends changing so quickly, these areas helped me restructure the way I run my operations and better understand what the current market and industry demand. 

I’m currently running two businesses (RVS Mind Science and Raiinbow Travels Pte Ltd), both require strong business management strategies. The MBA equipped me with practical frameworks and techniques that I now apply directly in my business development. 

Earning this MBA has also made a meaningful difference in my professional goals. It gives me more credibility when I conduct talks and lectures as part of my work, and gaining government support and grants for my training programmes has become much easier.
