Release of exam results

Certificate: 1 - 3 weeks from the day of the last module exams

Diploma: 3 weeks from last day of exam block

External Degree Programme: Refer to respective university partner's academic calendar

Withdrawal refund

Processed by us within seven working days after exit interview and upon receipt of full documentation. Excludes time taken for postal services and/or external processing by banks.

Complaint Resolution

Resolution of valid complaint within fourteen working days.

Enquiry

Response within three working days.
