Release of exam results

Certificate: 1 - 3 weeks from the day of the last module exams

Diploma: 3 weeks from last day of exam block

External Degree Programme: Refer to the Academic Calendar for respective University Partner for release of Exam results

Refund for Withdrawal

To be processed within the next seven (7) working days* upon receipt of course withdrawal and refund request form

Complaint Resolution

Resolution of valid complaint within fourteen (14) working days.

Response Time for all Online and Email Enquiries

Response to enquiry within three (3) working days.

*Refunds - To be processed within the next seven (7) working days with reference from date in course withdrawal and refund request form, and upon receiving all documents required to process the refund (excluding time taken for postal services or external processing by banks).
