Dr. Tham is a lecturer with a PhD in Consumer Behaviour and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) from Swinburne University of Technology. She has several years of teaching experience at diploma, degree, and secondary levels, covering subjects such as economics, accounting, and management, and is known for her student-centred and adaptive teaching approach. In addition to her academic roles, she has worked as a project manager, research assistant, and freelance tutor, and has published in A-ranked journals and industry platforms. Her research interests focus on consumer behaviour, the sharing economy, sustainable consumption, and behavioural change, and she is actively involved in community leadership through the Global Shapers Community Kuching under the World Economic Forum.
