Jeremiah Tay is the Head of Private Equity Direct Investment at Sun Venture. He leads the team in delivering on the firm’s private equity direct investment objectives. He currently serves on the boards of PSB Academy Pte Ltd, Wang Learning Centre Pte Ltd and PSGourmet Pte Ltd.

Before joining Sun Venture, Jeremiah worked with Affirma Capital and Standard Chartered Private Equity. He led portfolio management across Southeast Asia and held directorships on the boards of Crystal Jade, Phoon Huat, and Tat Hong. Jeremiah also spent two years in Mumbai with the Standard Chartered India team, leading growth capital investments in healthcare, media, and industrial sectors.

Jeremiah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
