Pursuing an MBA with Coventry University at PSB Academy has played a key role in shaping how I approach my career today. I chose the programme because it would strengthen my existing knowledge while developing my critical thinking skills, particularly in exploring new business models and directions.The 12-month programme structure made the programme both efficient and comprehensive. I especially valued the open discussions with lecturers during presentations and business model development, which allowed me to challenge ideas and refine my thinking. The curriculum equipped me with practical frameworks to analyse market potential, assess business viability, and align services with customer needs.
These lessons have directly influenced my work across sales and marketing, motivational speaking, and fitness coaching. Rather than simply offering products or services, I now focus on delivering meaningful solutions that resonate with the right audience and build long-term relationships. The marketing and business proposal modules, in particular, strengthened my ability to translate ideas into strategies that work in real-world settings.
I am grateful for the guidance of lecturers such as Mr Alex and Dr. John, whose support helped me bridge theory and practice. Overall, my MBA journey at PSB Academy has given me the confidence, structure, and perspective to perform more effectively in a competitive professional environment.
