When I returned to Singapore after a decade of working overseas, I knew I wanted to take my career to the next level. At that point, I was aspiring to move beyond operational HR roles and take on more strategic, regional responsibilities. That’s when I decided to pursue an MBA in Global Business with Coventry University through PSB Academy.

That experience sharpened my critical thinking and presentation skills, and it taught me how to approach complex workforce issues strategically.

The MBA truly transformed the way I work. It strengthened my ability to partner with senior management, align people strategies with business goals, and make data-informed decisions. It also gave me the confidence and strategic lens to take on larger responsibilities. Today, as the Regional Head of HR for a Fortune Global 500 company, I oversee HR across multiple APAC countries, drive leadership development, shape workforce strategies, and influence organisational transformation—all roles I feel equipped to handle thanks to the foundation built during my education.

Looking back, choosing to study with PSB Academy and Coventry University was one of the best career decisions I’ve made. The degree didn’t just add a credential; it gave me practical skills, global insights, and the confidence to thrive in a complex, fast-changing business environment.
