In my current capacity as the Business Development Manager – Ecosystems & Ventures for the Asia-Pacific region at Bentley Systems, I made a strategic decision to enrol in the UON EMBA programme. This 12-month programme, known for its comprehensive yet focused curriculum, perfectly aligns with my goals to enhance my professional skills and expertise.

One of the aspects that I found particularly compelling in this programme is the inclusion of modules like mindful leadership, a unique offering not commonly found in other Master’s degree programmes. This unique feature demonstrates the programme’s commitment to preparing students for real-world challenges.

The practicality of the UON EMBA programme holds immense significance for me as it allows for an immediate application of the knowledge gained within my role at my workplace. Prior to undertaking this educational journey, articulating intricate concepts posed a challenge. However, as I progressed through the modules and lessons, I gained a profound understanding of change dynamics and its driving factors.

Now, my improved comprehension empowers me to develop and implement effective strategies to navigate change and enhance my ability to contribute value to my workplace.
