Before enrolling in the diploma programme at PSB Academy, I had obtained a diploma in makeup artistry. The process of brainstorming marketing ideas and contributing to the establishment of a company’s brand image has always fascinated me. Engaging in marketing tasks provides me with a profound sense of accomplishment, making it a field in which I am genuinely interested.

I chose to pursue a part-time digital marketing diploma at PSB Academy, primarily due to the convenience it offered for studying after work. This flexibility allowed me to complete the diploma in just 12 months, making it an ideal choice for individuals with full-time jobs seeking to further their education, upgrade their skills, and obtain a diploma.

What I appreciate most about the curriculum at PSB Academy and Coventry University is that the course components, focusing on business management, Google Analytics, and marketing, provided me with comprehensive and in-depth knowledge. I found this knowledge invaluable for application in my current job. The curriculum not only imparted theoretical insights but also emphasized practical aspects. This approach enabled me to learn strategic and tactical approaches directly applicable to real-world scenarios. The practical orientation significantly enhanced my skills, better preparing me for the challenges in my professional field.

Upon completing my diploma, it took approximately three months to secure a role as a marketing assistant, and I was later promoted to a Digital Marketing Executive. In my role, my primary responsibilities encompass the effective management of all E-Commerce platforms. I am tasked with devising online marketing strategies aimed at expanding our business reach. Additionally, I utilize various tools to analyze customer preferences for products, ensuring our offerings align with market demands. Furthermore, I employ a range of tools to enhance brand exposure, attracting a broader audience to our brand and fostering increased consumer engagement.
