As a full-time working mum and marketing professional in the social sector, finding a degree programme that could fit around my work and family commitments was important. That's what led me to pursue my bachelor's degree with Coventry University at PSB Academy. I was drawn to its practical learning approach and accessibility, which made it possible for me to balance work, family, and studies.

I first heard about Coventry University at PSB Academy through my husband, who was also a graduate of the programme. Seeing him progress in his career after graduating, and later pursuing his master's, gave me confidence in the quality of the programme and reassured me that I was making the right choice.

One of the aspects I appreciated most about the programme was its practical and well-structured curriculum. The concepts and frameworks introduced throughout the course were reinforced across different modules and applied through case studies and assignments. This helped me develop a deeper understanding of marketing concepts rather than simply memorising theories.

The knowledge and skills I gained have had a meaningful impact on my career. The programme taught me to think more strategically, approach challenges from different perspectives, and feel more confident when planning marketing strategies and making decisions in my current role.

My learning experience was made even more rewarding by the supportive lecturers at PSB Academy. I'd especially like to thank Mr Bi Qing Cheng for his guidance throughout our assignments and for always taking the time to ensure we were on the right track. His encouragement made learning both engaging and enjoyable.

Looking back, studying at Coventry University at PSB Academy has been a valuable investment in my personal and professional growth. Beyond earning a degree, I gained practical knowledge, confidence, and skills that continue to support me in my career today.
