Diploma

PSB Academy offers two HR diploma pathways, both covering the same 9 module curriculum: Compensation, Talent Development, Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing, Macroeconomics, Principles of Accounting, Business Decision Making, and Academic Reading and Writing. Upon completion, graduates can progress directly to Year 2 of a bachelor's degree with PSB Academy's partner universities, subject to approval.

1. Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) is delivered through blended learning at the City Campus, combining in-person and online sessions.
2. Diploma in Business Studies (Human Resource Management) — e-learning will be suitable for those who need full flexibility. It is identical in content and 100% online with no campus attendance required. Both diplomas run for 12 months part-time. 

Bachelor's Degree 

Two bachelor's degree pathways are available for HR students at PSB Academy.

1. Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations is awarded by Massey University, whose business school holds AACSB accreditation — awarded to only the top 6% of business schools worldwide. The programme covers both HR management and employment relations, preparing graduates for strategic HR roles.
2. Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with Human Resource Management (Top-Up) is awarded by Edinburgh Napier University and is designed for diploma holders looking to complete their degree in a single top-up year.

I have A-Level certificate or a PSB Academy Certificate in Business Management You can apply directly to the Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resource Management). The diploma runs for 12 months part-time and is available on campus or fully online. Upon completion, you can progress to a bachelor's degree (Subject to university's approval) 

I am a working adult looking to move into or formalise my HR career The HR diploma is designed for working adults. Mature candidates aged 30 and above with 8 years of work experience may qualify for direct entry regardless of formal academic qualifications. Part-time and fully online study modes mean you can continue working throughout. 

I prefer to study fully online The Diploma in Business Studies (Human Resource Management) — e-learning covers the same curriculum as the campus diploma with no attendance required. 

I already hold a local poly Diploma or equivalent You may be eligible to gain entry into Year 2 of the Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations at Massey University, with possible completion in 12 months, or the Edinburgh Napier University's HR Degree, subject to university's approval.
