I decided to pursue this programme to broaden my business knowledge and support my professional development. As a working professional, I was looking for a programme that could fit around my work commitments. The University of Hertfordshire's e-learning format at PSB Academy allows me to study at my own pace, anytime and anywhere, making it much easier to balance my studies alongside work without the need to commute to campus. While balancing work and studies has been challenging at times, the experience has helped me develop stronger time management skills and learn from classmates with diverse professional backgrounds. 

One of the most valuable aspects of the programme has been gaining a deeper understanding of business management through modules such as Business Strategy, Contemporary Issues in Business and Management, and Business and Commercial Awareness. In particular, the Business Strategy module has encouraged me to think more critically, evaluate business environments, and make informed decisions — skills that are highly relevant for future leadership roles. 

Currently, I work as a Middle Office Executive, supporting operational processes, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. The programme has strengthened my analytical, strategic, and communication skills, enabling me to approach challenges with greater confidence and contribute more effectively to my role. 

Completing this qualification has been a rewarding milestone that has strengthened my confidence and motivated me to continue growing both personally and professionally. It has also encouraged me to pursue new opportunities and further develop my capabilities.
