Class of 2025
School of Business and Management

I’ve been studying at PSB Academy for about three years now, starting from my certificate programme, and it has been a meaningful journey for me. What stood out from the beginning was that PSB Academy doesn’t just focus on academics, they truly support their students. From consultations to career services and even mental well-being support, there’s always someone ready to help. The different activities and programmes also kept me engaged and exposed me to new insights, which made my learning experience feel more holistic.

I’m currently pursuing the Bachelor of Business Administration (E-Learning) with the University of Hertfordshire. Since I’ve always wanted to build a career in the business field, this programme aligns well with my interests and career plans. What I appreciate most about the e-learning course is that I can study from anywhere without needing to travel to campus, which saves a lot of time and makes it much easier to fit learning into a busy schedule. The learning structure is straightforward and easy to follow, with discussions, readings, quizzes, and real-time case studies that make the concepts much clearer. The study workload is also manageable, whether you’re working part-time or full-time, which has helped me balance my commitments more confidently.

The skills I’ve gained have been very practical. Through case studies, projects, and class discussions, I’ve learnt how to apply what I study directly in real situations, especially in the field I’m working in now. Before this, I interned at a company where I could immediately use the knowledge I gained in school. It made me feel more prepared, and even in interviews with top establishments, I no longer felt nervous or out of place.

This academic milestone has definitely made a positive impact on both my confidence and personal growth. Looking back, balancing studies, work, and life was not always easy, but it was worth it.

My advice to fellow students is that it’s never too late to grow. I really admire those who continue learning despite the challenges, you are amazing!

A quote from The Magic of Thinking Big that inspires me is: “If you have the courage and set your mind to believe ‘I can do this,’ you can achieve the goals you have set.”
Keep going — your effort will take you further than you think.
