When I decided to further my studies, I knew flexibility was something I couldn’t compromise on. As a working professional and a parent, finding time for everything can be a real juggling act, and that’s what made PSB Academy the right choice for me. The e-learning option gave me the freedom to study at my own pace while still managing work and family. It wasn’t always easy, but it was definitely worth it. 

I had previously completed my business diploma at PSB Academy, and that experience gave me the confidence to return for my BA (Hons) Business Administration degree. Coming from a background in mechanical engineering, I started out as a Service Engineer before moving into more commercial and strategic roles. This degree programme has helped me bridge the gap between technical and business knowledge, and it’s been instrumental in shaping how I approach challenges at work. 

In my current role as a Business Development Manager, I apply what I’ve learned every day — from analysing market trends to developing strategies and communicating with stakeholders. Modules like Strategic Management and Marketing have been especially useful in helping me make decisions that drive real results. 

Looking back, completing this degree has been one of my proudest achievements. Balancing work, family, and studies wasn’t easy, but it showed me what’s possible with determination and the right support. It’s boosted my confidence, opened new opportunities, and motivated me to keep growing both personally and professionally. 

To anyone thinking about taking the same path, I’d say: stay focused and keep going. There will be challenges along the way, but every step you take brings you closer to your goals. Believe in yourself and trust the process — the journey is worth it.
