^STP is required when the validity of LTVP/DP is not sufficient to cover the standard duration of the course applied.

Student contract

  • Course title with modules or subjects clearly listed
  • Date of commencement and completion of each intake/course
  • Scheduled holidays
  • Examinations and/or assignment dates for each intake/course
  • Name of organisation awarding/conferring the results and certificates
  • Fee collection schedule
  • Miscellaneous fees e.g. library fines, etc.

Student's Pass application

A foreigner who has been accepted by PSB Academy to pursue full-time studies will need to apply for a Student’s Pass unless he/she has:

  • An Immigration Exemption Order, or
  • Been granted a Short-Term Visit Pass at a Singapore Checkpoint and wishes to attend a short course*.

*Short course specifications:

  • must be completed during the validity of the short-term visit pass or within 30 days, whichever is shorter
  • must be a complete and stand-alone module; courses with multiple programme modules are excluded from the Student’s Pass scheme
  • cannot include hands-on practical occupational training and/or industrial attachment that involves interacting with walk-in customers, or is conducted at premises that are also a place of business e.g. a hair or beauty salon

Under MOM regulations, Student’s Pass holders studying in private education institutions are not allowed to engage in any form of paid or unpaid employment or be in any business while on Student’s Pass.

We offer an option to apply for the student’s pass on your behalf. It takes approximately 4 weeks for a new student’s pass to be processed.

Application waiting period

Students will be informed before intake commencement if we are unable to commence due to low take-up.

  • Full-time Courses: 10 working days
  • Part-time Courses: 10 working days
  • Short Courses: 3 working days

Schools may confirm commencement beyond the waiting period if affected students are advised with prior notice of the revised timeline.

Modes of Payment

All payments for applications, course fees and other services offered by PSB Academy should be made only to us.

Please ensure the invoice / application # is entered as the bill reference. If you are unsure of your invoice / application #, please email your mode of payment and transaction reference number to contactus@psb-academy.edu.sg once you have made payment.

A payment receipt can be provided to prospective students on request. Please allow three working days after we have verified your payment.

Hardcopy Submission

Documents checklist for Hardcopy submissions to PSB Academy are:

  • Completed PSB Academy International Student Application Form.
  • Completed respective University Form (if applying for ungraduate/postgraduate programme)
  • ICA Immigration eForm 16 & eForm V36

Application forms will need to be submitted with copies of these supporting documents:

  • Passport photos (white background taken within 3 months)
  • Passport ID page (at least 1-year validity)
  • Birth certificate
  • Notarized / Certified true copies of all your educational transcripts and completion certificates
  • IELTS / TOEFL, or a letter from your latest institution certifying that classes are conducted in English medium of instruction.
  • Bank balance to show a minimum of S$30,000 for students from visa-required countries (China, India, Myanmar, etc)
  • Letter from employer certifying period of employment (for postgraduate applicants only)
  • Your application will be processed after payment of S$490 (for Non-E-Learning courses) or S$160 (for E-Learning courses). Application fees stated above are inclusive of GST and are non-refundable. Application fee is waived for all International progressing students
  • To make payment of application fee, kindly refers to PSB Academy modes of payment
  • We regret that incomplete applications will not be processed
  • Note: If documents are not in English, official English translations must be included
